Kate O’Connor is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and clinical psychologist. She treats adults and older adolescents who wish to know themselves deeply, and has a particular interest in supporting other helping professions and people in the arts. Kate also offers supervision to early and mid- career therapists who are looking to deepen their understanding of psychoanalytic practice. She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology, and regularly engages in further study, most recently with the Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis in New Jersey. She is also influenced by more spiritual and esoteric frameworks, sometimes integrating practices such as the tarot, the I Ching and body/energy-based interventions into her work.
Kate sees patients and supervisees Tuesday - Friday.

Jeremy Vernon is a registered psychologist who works with individual adults and older adolescents. His approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which provides a space to explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Jeremy values an open and expressive therapeutic process, where thoughts and feelings can unfold naturally and be understood in new ways. Whether you’re seeking focused support for a specific concern or a longer journey of self-exploration, Jeremy offers a warm and collaborative space for meaningful growth. New clients are welcome with or without a GP referral.

Laura is a therapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker working with young people (16+) adults and couples.
Her approach explores four connected areas: self-image, relationships, communication and daily habits. She supports clients experiencing mood disorders, effects of trauma, substance misuse and interpersonal challenges.
Laura's approach is collaborative and neuroscience-informed, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Theory and Schema Therapy.
Laura has flexible weekly appointment times and is currently welcoming referrals for individuals and couples.

Courtney designs and implements bespoke and personalised psychological solutions that address the unique needs and circumstances of individuals and organisations.
Her practice is grounded in relational and depth psychology frameworks, having a particular focus on exploration of interpersonal and collective dynamics and how they shape individual experiences and psychology.
She works with curious and sensitive adults who seek meaningful development of their identity, relationships, resilience, and purpose across the lifespan as they navigate varied developmental terrain.
Courtney observes alchemical and animist processes and her work forms from a continuous process of ongoing study and supervision, deep listening, mysticism, and contemplation of human ethics.

Mitchell Oehlman is a Psychologist who offers thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy for adults and older adolescents. Working from a relational psychodynamic perspective, he supports people experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and somatic symptoms.
Mitchell provides a reflective and collaborative space to explore how past experiences shape present ways of relating, feeling, and coping. Therapy may be short-term and focused, or longer-term for those seeking deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
He sees patients on Fridays and Saturdays and welcomes enquiries from those considering therapy, with or without a GP referral.
